Southport, we pride ourselves on offering an extensive choice of quality trees, shrubs, plants and more at competitive prices.
Although allocated on the nursery, plants are not packed until one or two days before a delivery is due to take place. They are either packed in non-returnable cardboard pallets or returnable metal cages. While the latter take longer to load & hold less, they allow more delicate plants to be packed upright on shelves. Batch labels detailing the plant name & quantity are always provided.
Conifers
We offer a wide range of conifers, from prostrate conifers in 2L pots to root balled specimen conifers over 5 metres in height. Please enquire with us for our current availability.
Herbaceous Perennials, Grasses & Ferns
Our herbaceous range with its colour and interest makes it a very important part of what we can offer throughout the year. While the majority of our stock is produced in a 2L pot, we now offer a range of 5L and 10L specimens to create a more instant effect at a reasonable price.
Climbers
Our standard range of climbers is available in 2, 10 and 25 litre pots. Climbers in a 10 litre pot are grown up a cane, while our 25 litre range are grown on a wooden trellis (referred to in specifications as 'Framed').
Bare Root Hedging
Bare root hedging is a cost-effective way of creating a screen. It is available from November until the end of March and is dipped in Alginure and a wetting agent prior to bagging.
